FINISH: Please note that the units were cut with a laser which has an inherent problem with finish adhesion on cut edges. If you are installing the units in a corrosive environment it is suggested that they be touched up as/if needed with a product such as Rust-Oleum Rust Reformer and a primer.

General Product Information
ASI – 1 mounts on vertical surface
ASI – 2 mounts on a non-vertical surface, slanted fascia board.
-C denotes completely up-graded hardware. Unit comes with all required hardware and U bolts to completely assemble and secure the unit to the most mounting surfaces. Mast is not included.
-S denotes standard non-up-graded hardware. Units come only with the hardware (nuts & bolts) to assemble unit. No mounting hardware or U bolts.
Units can be combined (stacked) to provide extended clearance. Both units have a bolt pattern that will fit the original DBS J pipe foot.
Both units can be used to support small antennas and almost any other device such as cameras, lights, point to point transmission systems etc.
The ASI-1 can be used to support very large antennas on vertical surfaces where the support mast does not go to the ground. When used in pairs, as is typical with standard wall brackets, the ASI-1 provides a much stronger connection to the support structure (building or house) and the mast with eight connections points per unit and two U-bolts per unit. This will also allow for the use of a heavier gage mast (IMC) and/or a larger diameter mast. Using this unit in pairs and properly installing a minimum of eight connection points will provide an extremely strong support system.
Both units can be used as support brackets where the mast goes to the ground and will provide a much stronger connection to the support structure with seven or eight connection points when compared to typical antenna mounting bracket. ANOTHER BENEFIT with the ASI – 2 is on a slanted surface, a fascia board, the U bolt connection to the vertical mast is at 90 degrees so there is no up lifting of the mast when the U bolt is tightened.
- ASI – 1 2.25” on vertical surface
- ASI – 1 (2 units) 3.75” on vertical surface
- ASI – 2 4.25” on vertical surface
- ASI – 1 & 2 6.25” on vertical surface
- ASI - 2 4.25” on angled fascia
- ASI – 1 & 2 6.25” on angled fascia
Mounting Base Size:
- ASI – 1 is 4.5" x 7.0"
- ASI – 2 is 4.75" x 4.75"
Maximum mast outside diameter is two inches (2”) with supplied U bolt.
Clearance on angled fascia depends on degree of slant of fascia board.

Please note that the units were cut with a laser which has an inherent problem with finish adhesion on cut edges. If you are installing the units in a corrosive environment it is suggested that they be touched up as/if needed with a product such as Rust-Oleum Cold Galvanizing Compound. I install in South Florida so I use a wire brush wheel in a drill and then coat with Rust-Oleun Rust Reformer and then a primer.
